RUSSO-GERMAN TREATY
STRESEMANN SAYS NO CAUSE for alarm;

Dr. Stresemann broadcasted his speech on the Russo-Gcrman Treaty, stating that there was ho cause for alarm anywhere. It was demonstrated that Germany and Russia desired to live in peaco and friendship and renew good relations on the basis of tho Treaty of Rapallo. Germany's initiative came from Locarno. She desired to extend the peace treaties throughout Europe^ (Sydney Sun Cable.)
