ANZAC DAY GREETINGS
MESSAGE FBOM GENEBAL BIBDWOOD.
The following cable messages have been received by the Defence Department conveying Anzac Day greetings:— From Field-Marshal Sir William Birdwood, Cominander-in-Chief, India: "On the 11th anniversary of Anzac Day I wish to convey my greetings and remembrances to all N.Z.E.F. comrades and people of New Zealand. (Sgd.) Birdwood."
From the Australian Defence Forces: "Australian Forces send kindest greetings to New Zealand comrades on anniversary of Anzac landing."
