Because the vessel was loaded, by nonunion labour with zinc, which was declared "Mack," the Hobart branch of the Watersiders' Federation, now refuses to work the cargo, of the Union Company's steamer Karma, which has arrived with coal and general cargo from Newcastle and Sydney. The vessel is lying idle. ..
