COASTAL DISPUTE
SYDNEY, 22nd March.
The Disputes Committee, at the Trades Hall conferred with the coastal shipowners in an endeavour to arrive at a settlement of the coastal shipping strike. The conference was adjourned until to-morrow without arriving at a basis of settlement. The Seamen's Union was not represented at the conference. . . ;
