Boumer, appealing to the Chamber to pass the Government's measures, because a new crisis would moan unemployment and misery. - He said that the franc in April" of last year was worth 28 centimes gold; it was only worth 18 in December, and now 19J. He said that inflation last year amounted to seventeen milliards, and further inflation was impossible.
