ICE-BREAKERS FAIL

The battleship Hessen failed to release the vessels caught in the ice in the Gulf of Finland, and returned to Revel. Russian ice-breakers, which are the most powerful in the world, also failed, but tho ice-bound vessels arc now supplied with food.
