A letter was received from Mr. Collins, Secretary to .the Department of Indiwtrics and .Commerce, quoting from Mr. Roberts, who had.unclcr. taken to place a wreath from the « ellirigton comniittee on- the Nelson Column in London- on Trafalgar Day.
