A NEW COMPLICATION.

SYDNEY, This Day.
Mr. Lyddell, secretary of the Seamen's Strike Committee, states that two hundred British seamen have obtained employment in and around Sydney since the strike commenced, and lie is of opinion that this number will increase unless a settlement is reached soon. Should this happen, he sayß, the owners will have to engage Australian seamen at their own rates.
