CAPETOWN, 28th August.
The crews of the Ballarat and the Arundel Cashtle have agreed to keep watches and do necessary work aboard ■while the dispute lasts. Neither vessel ■will be allowed to sail till two of the men of the Sandgate Castle, who were arrested in Durban, have' been released, and a guarantee given that no victimisation is to occur, and that the present rate of pay will remain in operation till' the ships reach their home ports.
