OPINION.

The Cabinet, after discussing the proposal of Mr. Lang for the appointment of Australians as State Governors, decided in favour of tho abolition of the Governorship, .and the appointment of an Administrator to deal only with constitutional duties, but ponding such art alteration favoured tho appointment of Australians, as Governors.
