BUENOS AIRES, 27th August.

The Prince of Wales visited British institutions on Thursday, and is attending a hospital ball to-night. His chief appearance was at a gathering of railway workers. Many ex-service men and women were present. The Prince laid a wreath on a memorial to employees of the railway killed during the war. He spoke briefly.
