.PARIS, 26th August. The contest at Deauville between the Australian and French women's teams, was continued to-day, with the following results:— Mile. Bourgeois beat Miss St. George, 6-1, 6-1. Mile. Dcs Cleres beat Miss Daphne Akhurst, 6-4, 9-7. . Mile. Suzanne Lenglen beat Miss Boyd, 7-5, 6-1. Mile. Vlasto beat Mrs. Harper, 6-1, 6-4. Misses Boyd and St. George bent Miles. Dcs Cleres and Bourgeois, 6-0, 1-6. 6-3. The match between Mrs. Harper and Miss Akbur3t and Miles. Piqueron and Vlasto was abandoned owing to rain.
