SENTENCED FOR ROBBERY
(B! TILEORAPH,—PE2SS ASSOCIATION.) j GISBORNE, This Day. At the Supreme Court to-day, Frederick Chilcott, for theft of £75 from a drunken Native, was sentenped to eighteen months' hard labour. Peter Norley, connected with the same crime', was recommended by the jury to receive lenient treatment on account of ill-health, and was ordered to come up for sentence' 1 it called upon within two years.
