CHILDREN'S WELCOME
The children's welcome to the Admiral and officers of the fleet to-day took the form of a plain and fancy-dress party, which commenced brightly with a.large attendance at 2.30 p.m. to-day. The offer of a prize for the best dress representative of America attracted quite a number of entries, and the scene t was a brilliant and happy one. r
