A charge of default in paymeni. of maintenance on an order made in C'Aristchurch was brought before Mr. \ff. O. Riddell, S.M., in the Magistrate's/Court this morning' against Frederick. Rowland M'Sherry, alias Donovan, .'An Australian joiner. The alleged ' arrears, totalled £22. On the application of Senior-Detective Cameron, a rc./nand was ordered to Christehurch on l^Lth inst.
