LONDON, 2nd August. Two of the Canadian'delegates at the Empire Labour Conference are publicly warning emigrants against going to Canada, pointing out that industrial depfltesion there is acute. There are, they say, tens of thousands of unemployed, hundreds of factories are closed, hundreds of farms in Western Canada have been abandoned, and other farmers are struggling and unable to pay their employees more than board and lodging.
