For the Wimbledon championship tennis tournament the weather is hot but perfect, and there is an enormous and fashionable attendance. In the fourth round of the ladies' doubles, MUe.-Leng-len (France) and Miss E. Ryan (England) defeated Miss Boyd and Mrs. H. S. Utz (Australia), 6-0, 6-2. The Australian ladies failed to extend their formidable opponents.
