MELBOURNE, Thii Day. Robbery outrages are rampant. Three masked robbers, ,at the point of a revolver, stuck up a lady and gentleman cycling to Richmond and robbed the man of his watch, chain, and money, and took a ring from the woman's .finger and then escaped. A resident at Toorak was surprised to find a masked armed mdn in his bedroom. He grappled with and threw the instruder down the stairs, whence he escaped.
