;-.;:' v -GISBORNE, This Day. , An, interesting Court action relating to the.operations of an association.known as the Associated Creditors' League was heard before .Mr. Levvey, S.M., to-day,* when Mrs. F. Clarke, of ■ Gisborne, proceeded against the Associated Creditors' League of Auckland for £50 for alleged unfair blacklisting. : The statement of claim alleged that defendants circulated amongst business firms a statement that plaintiff was indebted to a person unnamed for debentures, plaintiff's credit thereby-being ■injured.- Plaintiff asserted she was.not indebted 1 to anyone for debentures. She disputed the claim made by a dentist in connection with the extraction of teeth, and this means had;been taken in forcing her to pay. The case is proceeding.
