Clauses 21 and 22 of the Finance Bill have been issued, and ordain that where a trade of any kind is - carried on by or on behalf of any Government 'outside .Britain or Northern Ireland, that Government shall bo liable for all income tax High Commissioners and Agents-General, however, will continue to enjoy immunity from iucomo and land taxes.
