PROPOSED INCREASE.

Speaking in the Ngaio Methodist Hall las. evening, Mr. C. H. Chapman stated he was contesting the Hospital Board and Harbour Board elections as well as the Mayoralty. He had that day received a circular letter notifying that a conference of hospital boards would be held in Auckland on 27th May.
