SITUATION IMPROVES,

(RJUTSR'S TBLMRAB.) ATHENS, Bth February. An improvement in the Turco-Greek situation arising out of the expulsion of the Greek Patriarch, is announced. The decree disbanding the 1923 military class, which was withhold for some days, will bo promulgated this week.
