Captain Bemaitre and Lieutenant Arrechard, who left the airdrome at Etampes on 3rd February, in an effort to make a non-stop flight to Dakar, in Senegal were forced to land in Mauretania, 750 kilometres from their goal. They thus covered 4000 kilometres, which is fifty below the record made across America. L>y Lieutenants Kelly and Macready.
