HERRIOT'S POLICY APPROVED.
(UNUED PRESS ASSOCIAHON.—COPIItIaHT.) i (REUTBR's TELEORAH.) PARIS, 2nd February. In the course of a debate on the Foreign Estimates the Chamber approved by 314 votes to 250 M. Herriot'a policy in favour of the abolition of the Embassy at the Vatican, which was treated as a vote of confidence.
M. Herriot agreed to the inclusion in the estimates of a provision for a Mission' to the Vatican to represent AlsaceLorraine, which has a special concordat with the Holy See.
