He : was; born in; Ireland 70 years ago, and was for .many years a contributor of black and' white caricatures and 'sketches:to the leading London illustrated 'journals. He illustrated "Happy Thoughts,"/ Lewis Carroll's Sylvia and' Bruno," and founded Lika Joko" and -the ','New Budget." Heiectured in most partsof the British Empire* and in America.
