(BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION) TIMARU, This Day. Mr. J. W. White, Crown Prosecutor, has tendered his resignation after having occupied that position for 54 years. His unique service was appreciatively referred to at the Supreme Court this morning, when Mr. Justice Adams eulogised the long and faithful services of the retiring veteran.
