Diplomatio circles in London have been informed from Coblenz . that the German and Allied experts have agreed upon the withdrawal of certain pledges, including the abolition of Customs Jae.tween occupied and unoccupied .Germany, of taxes on coal and coal products, and of the export and import taies, and the restoration of control of State forests to Germany. This constitutes part of the gradual evacuatiom of the Ruhr promised at the London Conference.
