BERLIN, 21st October. JJusseldorf reports state that tho French troops evacuated Karlsruhe and Mannheim without incident.
(SJCDNKY BUN CAIIU.)-' (Received 23rd October, 10 a.m.) ti ..-n LONDON. 22nd October. The "Daily Mail's" Cologne correspondent states that when the French troops evacuated Mannheim Castle, a horde of Germans entered and hoisted the Baden colours, and sang "Deutschla'nd Über Alles."
