The Marquis Estella, General Primo de Rivera, who has taken over command of the Spanish army in Morocco, and still remains President of the Directory, has issued a special order to the troops. He declares- that an inevitable 'effort has to be made to save the honour of Spanish arms. "Our task is a hard one, but it can, and will he accomplished. Spain must be freed 'of the problem, of Morocco."
