_ l MASTERTON, 11th September. The "Age" states that- Mr. Hyde, the New ; Zealander ' whose scheme has been submitted to the League of Nations/is a son of Dr. Hyde, of Tarras, Otago. During the war Mr. Hyde joinid the Royal Naval Air Service and published a book about 1917 outlining a <cheme for a settlement of disputes by nternational police, which attracted xmsiderable attention, and at that time onsiderable'-.criticism. . :
