LARGE WHEAT CARGO

FROM SOUTH' AUSTRALIA.

. A very largo consignment of South Australian-grown wheat arrived at Wellington yesterday afternoon, by the Union Company's steamer Waitomb from Port Pirie. The shipment comprises' 6017 tons, 0r«.73,874 sacks, of which about 2600 tons, or 31,000 sacks, are' for Wellington, and the balance is ,'ior Auckland. The wheat is .understood to be .of very good quality, and is N being landed in. excellent condition. Another large wheat cargo will be brought to' LytteT ton and' Auckland by. the motor, ship Hauraki, which, after'having part loaded at Adelaide, is noV completing her' cargo at. Wallaroo.;- She will have about 8000 tons aboard when she leaves for Lyttelton this week. :
