COTTON MILL WRECKED
WORKERS UNDER THE DEBRIS.

T . DELHI, 29 th July. It is reported from Ahmedabad that, apparently in consequence of the rains) portion of a ginning mill collapsed, iwenty-six workers aro in hospital, and it is believed that sixty are still beneath the debris.
