(SYDNEY SUN CABLE.) (Received 30th July, 10 a.m.) DELHI, 29th June. Cholera, has broken out in the vast flooded areas in Southern India. The waters are still rising, and heart-rending reports are filtering in from the isolated districts. The floods have cut off the Bangolore light supply. The State of Mysore and British India officials are taking active measures to help the many thousands of homeless people who are on the brink of starvation.
