RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION
DEVELOPMENT POLICY
The Minister of Railways (the Hon. J. G. Coates) stated this -morning that no finality has yet been reached by the Department in regard to the report upon the policy of development of railway construction, with special reference to the order of urgency in which certain works shall be carried out. It is expected that the report will accompany the Railways Statement which will be presented to Parliament during the coming session.'
