Mention was made in the Arbitration Court to-day of the desire of part of the Auckland employers to revert to 830 on the late shopping night, instead of 9, as in the award, and close at 12 30 on Saturday Mr. Justice Fraser said the tourt was absolutely unable to alter the award without the consent of both parv™ 1 .
