RESTAURANT-KEEPER FINED.
.'-' ' ■ '•'■ AUCKLAND, 2nd ; May. Toney Baito, restaurant proprietor, of Hobson street, was fined £100 in the Police Court this afternoon for selling liquor without a license. Accused pleaded guilty to two charges. It was shown that since January huge quantities of liq^ uor had been delivered to the accused by wholesale firms. .
