RIO DE JANEIRO, Ist May. Brazilian newspapers are urging the exclusion of Japanese, following the American action. The Brazilian' Academy of Modicihe, adopted a resolution to restrict Japanese to 5 per cent, of the present Japanese population in Brazil. The Japanese have established a very successful colony at ■ Sao Paulo, o"00 ■ miles north of Rio de Janeiro, where they are prosperous rice planters.
