As a counterpart of the rush from Japan to the United States, four hundred unmarried Japanese have embarked for Japan ostensibly to claini their brides and return before the exclusion becomes absolute. The Japanese sailed steerage in the President Wilson, which is the last steamer to return to San Francisco before Ist July, when the exclusion may be effective.
