LONDON, 30th April. Mr. Rimsay Mac Donald, in a May Day mcsiage, said: "It is my fervent hope that by next year the League of Nations will become in all-embracing Parliament peoples. Nothing more fitting, for the League's first law, would be the setting aside of May Day as the festival day of world friendship."
