" The finishing touches are being put to the reports, which it is expected will be presented to the Reparations Commission during the week-end:'
The Chamber of Deputies carried a. vote of confidence in the Government by 408 votes to 151., at the conclusion of a debate on intevpollations regarding '-the Government's policy. M. Herriot, leader of the Radical Socialists and the principal critic of the Government, 'particularly of -its reparations policy, declared that the only solution lay in an international guarantee under the auspices of the League of Nations.
