Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report on the sale held by their Dunedia branch on the 11th instaut:—"We offered a large catalogue, the bulk of the offering being composed of ruuuers and suckers, light racks, summers and springs, with a fair proportion of last season's outgoings and spotted. A-small quantity of autumns was forward and realised 39d por Ib. The demand for all grades, particularly off season qualities, was particularly keen and prices were considerably higher than at the corresponding sale last year. The following are the prices realised at the sale, compared with the corresponding sale last season:—Runners and suckers, 23Jd per Ib (March, 1523, lid per Ib): light racks, 33|d per Ib (231dn sumnlers, 32Jd per Ib (21jd.); heavy racks, 2Dd per Ib (24d); prime racks, 3"4 d per Ib (29|d); early autumns, 39d per Ib (S3Jd); summer broken, 21d per Ib (I'd); winter broken, 30d per Ib (27} d); summer fawns, 2Sjd per Ib (2Sd)winter fawns, 50Jd per Ib (45d); milky fawns, 27d per Ib (led); summer black, 25id per Ib (ISJd); winter black, 40d per Ib (32d)----springs, 36Jd per Ib (2Sd); outgoing bucks, 42d per Ib (2Ud); outgoiug does, 40jd per Ib (3«d); spotted winters, 42d per Ib (40d); Ist winter bucks, 52d per Ib (oSJd); .
