ATTACK THAT FAILED
DISAPPOINTMENT IN GERMANY,
. ■ . • PARIS, 15th March. The "Petit Parisien's" Berlin correspondent ' says' that the revival of tho franc is causing bitter disappointment in Germany. It is stated that tho consortium of German-American banks, which systematically attacked the franc for over three months, has lost within tho last two day 310 million gold marks, in consequence of the revival of the franc.
