BUT STERLING DECLINES
NEW YORK, 15th March. The franc, buoyed by the French loan, reached 4.6 cents, representing a gain of nearly haJf a cent above Wednesday. Sterling, however, declined 2 cents, and reached 4.28 dollars to £1.
