(Received 30th January, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 30th January. •The "Daily MaiJ" Mates'.that animal lovers are condemning a, project to erect a .cenotaph at Hyde Park -Corner., costing £2000, in memory of the animals killed .and sacrificed for research, including horses, dpgs, canaries, mice, elephants, reindeer, oxen, camels, and goldfish. It points out that fche £2C<JO invested would save the lives of hundreds of dogs whose owners ar.e unable to pay tpr licenses.
