FIRMED.

(REUTBR'S TELEGRAM.) (Received 30th January, 9 a.m.) PARIS, 29th January. The Correctional Court of Appeal reduced the three years' sentence on Mrs. Warren to two jears, but confirmed Warren's sentence of five years.
William Warren ("Bludger Bill"), an Australian, and a number pf cpmpanions, charged with being a gang of international thieves, were sentenced in Paris in July last to various terms of imprisonment. Warren was found guilty of defrauding Sir William Cocker-line, the Hull shipowner, of £23,000. He wHs sentenced to five years' imprisonment, Evans and Mrs, Warren to three .years, O'Brien and O'Connor to two year., and Pixson a«d Donovan to Bix months each. Edward Lewjs, another member of the gang, was sentenced in absentia to five years' imprisonment.
