At the Supreme i Court to-day Tukarawa Pomarfe, for breaking and theft, was sentenced te three years' imprisbnment, concurrent with a sentence he is now serving ; Philip Alexander Gentil, fer indecent assault on a little girl, to two years' reformative detention* Alfred Hiiiton, on six charges of forgery -and uttering, to three years' imprisonment. Robert Irwin Meaclen, fpr giving a false name when contracting a secpnd marriage, to. tl.h-.e_ months.'L- imprisonment.
