POLICE CHANGES
NEW APPOINTMENTS.
Superintendent S. P. Norwood, of Wellington, has been transferred to a similar position at Dunedin to fill the vacancycaused by the retirement on superannuation of Superintendent Maisack Inspector \V. B. M'llveney, of Wellington, has been promoted to Superintendent, and will remain at Wellington. Sub-Inspector Till, of Auckland, has been promoted to Inspector, and transferred to Wellington to replace Mr. M'llveney. Senior-Sergeant Bird, Petone, has been promoted Sub-Inspector at Auckland. Senior-Sergeant M'Kelvie, of Wellington South, has been transferred to Petone, to replace Senior-Sergeant Bird. Sergeant Butler, of Mount Cook, has been transferred to Wellington South.
