Edgar Ell, £4 4s, costs 8s; Federated Cooks and Stewards' Union v. R. E. Fleming, £4 16s, costs 18s 6d. On judgment summons, A. Brown was ordered to pay Pyrene Manufacturing Co. £4 5s 6d before 11th December, in default three days' imprisonment; B. Scoullar to pay Vine and Wilson £5 9s 6d before 11th December, in default three days' imprisonment.
