Reginald Scott, £35 Bs, costs £4 3s 6d; John Swinson arid Co., Ltd v: Hobeit John Hibberd, £25 18s, costs £3 Is; John Swinson and Co., Ltd., v. H. Bergstron, £19 10s, costs £2 14s; New Zealand Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd., v F. Taunton, £8 11s, costs £1 10s 6(1; Bertram Ernest Wright v. Edgar Ell, £4 4s, costs 8s; Federated Cooks and Stewards' Union v. R. E. Fleming, £4 16s, costs 18s 6d. On judgment summons, A. Brown was ordered to pay Pyrene Manufacturing Co. £4 5s 6d before 11th December, in default three days' imprisonment; B. Scoullar to pay Vine and Wilson £5 9s 6d before 11th December, in default three days' imprisonment.
