(Received 27th November, 11,30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Federal Cabinet will meet in Sydney on Thursday, and will probably decide the fate of the battleship cruiser Australia. It is beliaved that the vessel will be sunk outside the Heads, if possible during the visit of the British Squadron.
