MANILA, 21st November.

Constabulary clashed .with Moros at Mount Butig, in Mindanao. Three of the constabulary -were killed. The Moro casualties are not stated. It is believed that Datu Santiagob, with two hundred followers, with their women and children, have been scattered. A typhoon caused damage amounting to hundreds of thousands of pesos, and over a foot of rain fell at Manila.
